Free entry, limited seats available

The REACH project explores the conditions of co-creativity between musicians and artificial intelligence in a live interaction context, particularly in improvised music. It brings together national and international partners such as UCSD, Stanford, the University of Tokyo and EHESS with IRCAM to produce software tools for creation and performance.

This seminar will present the results of the research in an open manner, discuss the aesthetic and philosophical issues, and demonstrate the co-creative software tools that have been developed. It will follow the REACHing OUT ! concert at the Centre Pompidou the day before, in which these tools will have been used live by the great improviser Joëlle Léandre.
