This unique evening at the ManiFeste festival is an immense montage, a whirlwind that spreads from image to music. Danish composer Simon Steen-Andersen has devised an ultra-virtuoso collage in which the orchestra, jazz band, and vocal ensemble present in the hall play with a series of living archives - a profound and disarmingly funny journey into our own musical memory.
